The City Living Story | City Living Property Services has a rich history studded with long-standing clients. |
| City Living Property Services director and founder, Nigel, has spent the last twenty-eight years not only leading our team as a member of the master Builders ’ Association Australia, but also building trusting relationships with many long-standing clients. To our team and Nigel, we don’t use the word “trust” lightly. It’s something we don’t expect our clients to give us free of charge. We arrive at every project site intent on earning that trust through hard work, integrity at all stages, and truly caring for our clients’ end-goals. | In large part, we believe this mindset is why the vast majority of our new clients arrive at our door by way of word-of-mouth referral from existing, happy clients. We believe this speaks not only to our work ethic and results, but to the long history (and more to come) of our entire team going above and beyond to maintain and cultivate a trusting and mutually collaborative relationship with each of our clients. |

In the building industry, our reputation and our relationships are the be-all and the end-all: it’s why we can only find success when we work to the highest standard of quality. It might seem simple at first glance, but this has been our most meaningful difference over the last almost three decades.
Giving Back To Those Who Give So MuchAs builders, we’re grateful that our skills translate into tangible, real-world results. But we believe that with this comes an inherent opportunity to lend our support to businesses in our Victorian community who are helping those in need, from all walks of life. We feel a duty to help where we can, and that meant working especially with educational services and government agencies, and initiatives of all kinds that were tackling local community issues. Because of this, we work with the wonderful Local Jobs First program, which means we give every opportunity to Victorian small businesses to participate in our projects. In addition to this, we collaborate with local Aboriginal business owners wherever and however we can. For us, this continues to be one of the most effective and meaningful ways to give directly back to our beautiful state and home. |
